Workshop Details

Join me for an eco-conscious workshop where we will use the teachings of yoga, meditation & mindfulness as tools to develop a nature-first mindset. 

In this workshop you will learn: 
- How to put nature at the forefront of everyday choices and decisions 
- How to cultivate a deeper awareness of thoughts & actions to help honor this mindset
- How to develop habits that will help keep you accountable 

When: October 24, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Mountain Time

Where: Join from anywhere on Zoom! I recommended finding a quiet space and if possible surrounding yourself with nature in any capacity -- somewhere outdoors or gather a few of your favorite nature artifacts like plants, rocks, driftwood, shells, etc. to display around you.

Agenda:
8:30-9:30 - meditation & yoga inspired by nature 
9:30-10:30 -  journal inquiries, mindfulness & visualization practices, group discussion  
10:30-10:45 - closing meditation

​What' You'll Need:

​In preparation for this workshop, please gather the following: 
- Journal 
- Pen 
- Yoga Mat
- Meditation cushion or pillow*
- Blanket*
- Beverage of choice (tea, water, kombucha)*
- Candle*
- Essential Oil Diffuser*
- Natural artifacts like rocks, crystals, shells, driftwood, leaves, plants, flowers*

*Items with a star are not required but can help create a cozy, calm & comfortable environment
